BY USING THE UMANGO PRODUCTS, YOU ARE AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (‘AUP’). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, WE ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THE UMANGO PRODUCTS AND CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 The AUP contains a description of the obligations and responsibilities in connection with use of the Umango Products. For the purpose of this AUP, Umango Products means the access via a web interface or plugin of one or more of Umango’s modules or features which are designed to stimulate collaboration within and between (remote working) teams.
1.2 You undertakes and warrants that and procures that you shall not:
(a) to the extent permitted by the applicable law, (attempt to) copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Umango Products in any form or media or by any means, save as may be expressly permitted under the agreement between the administrator who has granted you access as a user and Umango
(b) except to the extent such restriction is prohibited under the applicable law (attempt to) reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Umango Products; or
(c) sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make use the Umango Products.
1.3 In addition to the above, you may not, directly or indirectly:
(a) bypass or breach any security device or protection used for or contained in the Umango Products; or
(b) engage in any activity which interferes with or disrupts the Umango Products (including the performance thereof) and/or third party data contained therein;
(c) reformat, frame or place pop- up windows over any portion of the Umango Products, or otherwise affect the way that the Umango Products (or any portion thereof) are displayed;
(e) use the Umango Products to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or store or transmit material in violation of third party privacy rights;
(f) use the Umango Products in a way that it would disrupt the normal flow of communications, or otherwise affect the other user's ability to make use of the Umango Products;
(g) use the Umango Products to store or transmit code, files, scripts, agents or programs intended to do harm, including any form of malware, for example, viruses, worms, time bombs and Trojan horses;
(h) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Umango Products, its related systems and (electronic communication) networks or permit direct or indirect access to or use of the Umango Products in a way that circumvents a contractual usage limit;
(i) copy the Umango Products or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof and/or access the Umango Products in order to build a competitive product or service;
(j) solicit any user for any investment or other commercial promotional transaction;
(k) use the Umango Products in any way to violate any applicable law.
1.4 If you become aware of any breach of this AUP, you should promptly notify the administrator thereof.
1.5 You must keep your user IDs and passwords access credentials for the Umango Products strictly confidential and may not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs Access credentials are granted to individual, named persons only. You are responsible for the use of your accounts and passwords, and you should notify your administrator of any unauthorized use.
1.6 All ownership rights, intellectual property rights and other propriety rights relating to the Umango Products and including any amendments or additions thereto, are vested and remain vested in Umango, its third party licensors and/or is open source software. No intellectual property rights will be assigned to you. You will only receive a right to access and use the Umango Products taking into accordance the restrictions set out in this AUP and any restrictions imposed by the administrator.
1.7 Umango may suspend the access to the Umango Products in the event of: (a) Umango becomes aware of what it deems a credible claim that the your use of the Umango Products violates any applicable law, (b) your use of the Umango Products interferes with the normal operation of the Umango Products; (c) other grounds which are set out in the agreement between the administrator and Umango.
1.8 In case of any faults or errors in relation to the Umango Products, please contact your administrator who will be able to contact Umango.
